Waffles for Dinner

A few weeks ago, we were stumped about what to eat for dinner. Nick volunteered that he could make waffles. They were the best waffles I've had in my life! We used a whole wheat waffle mix (and added some cinnamon, because I add something to everything we make, and cinnamon has health benefits, so why not? :))

After we cooked the waffles in the waffle maker we got from his grandparents from a bridal shower, I added cut up bananas, peanut butter (melted a bit), honey and just a little bit of maple syrup. It was SO good and had lots of good stuff in it! And it was quick & easy! The same would be great with pancakes too. Yum...

Wedding Photos

Well, I never added any of our wedding photos. It's better late than never! Enjoy some of my favorites of the day (I actually love them all, but I'll spare you and post the "main" ones:) in no real order).

We should all be thankful she didn't stop the updo here... :)

Our wedding programs - LOVED them - Rachel did an amazing job.

This was a great moment when someone yelled "kiss her", we did, and everyone cheered.

I love this one! I have to give credit to my mom for buying these funny and goofy props for us, it definitely made a memorable photo!
